He accepted Christ at an early age, in Bellville, Texas. In his later years he attended Willie Chapel Primitive Baptist Church, where he served on the usher board. Donnell was the utility man where he set-up the equipment and instruments for the Sensation Royalties Quartet group under the management of his father, Don Ray Earthman Sr. Mr. Earthman attended school in Bellville ISD as well as Austin ISD he graduated from Sidney Lanier High School. He participated in athletes by playing football and running track. He worked at Westminister Manor, McDonald’s and Brookdale The Summit of Westlake for 28 years until his health failed. Donnell was a part of CHawkk Foundation, where he helped prepare meals for community members, and service meals to the homeless, amongst a host of other duties. Donnell's favorite sports team was the Dallas Cowboys, he loved to cook, go fishing with the boy’s, riding with his brother-in-law Clarence “Jay Boy” and little nephew Timmy on the weekends. He enjoyed listening to the blues and R&B music. Donnell loved taking cruise trips with his wife as well as spoiling his wife of 34 years. His favorite saying was “My wife.” In 1988 he met the love of his life Clarneta Burns-Earthman “Princess” ; they were united in holy matrimony September 19, 1992. To this union one child was conceived, and preceded him in death. He had a son by Veronica Ponce. He was preceded by his parents Don Ray Sr. and Ora Nell Earthman. Two brother’s Willie Allen Earthman and Daivd Williams. Grandparents, Leroy and Eudora Earthman. Three aunts, Sally McFarland, Martha Hunter, and Barbara Evans; mother-in-law Kellie Jo Burns; brother-in-law Anthony Eugene Mosley Sr.; sister-in-law’s Kellie Roshea Burns, and Jennifer Denise Burns. He leaves his memories to cherish, his wife of 34 years Clarneta Burns- Earthman “Princess” of Austin, TX; two son’s Joshua O’Byran Dennis of Austin, TX and Joseph Ponce of Hutto, TX; two brother’s Don Ray Earthman, Jr. (Trina) of Austin, TX; Coley Eugene Earthman (Kimberly) of Killeen, TX; two uncle’s Edward L. Earthman (Alice) of Bellville, TX and Ray McFarland Sr. of Houston, TX; two aunts Maxine Hamilton of Miami, FL and Doris Dixon (Freddy) of Del Valle, TX; four nieces Brittany Jo Earthman of Houston, TX and Coleisha Earthman of Austin, TX, Katelyn and Kyrsten Edmonds of Killeen, TX; father-in-law Rev. James Edward Burns of Dime Box, TX; five brother-in-law’s Clarence E. Burns (Patsy) of Austin, TX, Stephen L. Burns (Elizabeth) of Dime Box, TX, Patrick Lewis and Tyjuan Thomas of Pflugerville, TX, Jerry Chase of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law’s Sandra Kay Chase, Stephanie Elaine Burns and Johnnie Marie Mosley all of Pflugerville, TX; daughter-in-law Tiffany C. Jackson; three grandchildren Jayla Nicola Dennis Jackson, JaDarius Javonte Dennis, and Marcus L. Johnson. “Special niece’s” Sharontae Morrison of Midland, TX and Rachael Mosley of Pflugerville, TX. Along with a host of cousins, friends and other family members.
