LaTiona Watters was born in Austin, Texas on November 18, 1968 to loving parents, John and Jodie. She grew up in Austin where she attended public school and in 1988 graduated from Round Rock High School. LaTiona also attended Clifton Learning Center in Austin, Texas. LaTiona joined St. James Baptist Church of Austin at an early age and later united with Sweet Home Baptist Church in Round Rock, Texas. A very lovable and active young lady, LaTiona loved “Special Olympic” and she never met a stranger. LaTiona moved to Carrollton, Texas with her mother Jodie Hennington and stepfather, Allie Ray Hennington, where she united with Friendship Baptist Church of The Colony. LaTiona was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Spencer and Hannah Russell. LaTiona is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jodie and Allie Ray Hennington; brother, Eric J. Bell; closest cousins Adrian Watters and Aurdray Milligan; nephews Eric J. Bell, II and Ethan Bell; niece, Journey Bell; aunts, Jewel Williams, Stacie Harvey, Rossland Hill, Delane Russell and Marie Hennington; many uncles and aunts, great aunts and great uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
