Bobby departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022. Bobby accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the New Lincoln Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend A. R. Evans Sr. He continued his christian journey at the Nineteenth Street Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend M. C. Walker Sr. Bobby received his formal education in the Austin Independent School District and graduated in 1991 from Lanier High School. He next attended Huston-Tillotson University and later received training to become a dental assistant. Bobby enjoyed fishing, casino trips, tennis shoes and caps. Bobby married Stephanie Hill and two children were born to this union; Bobby Lee Hill III and DeJa Hill. His most precious moments were those of being a father and grandfather. He loved being a ‘Family Man.’ Bobby was known as “Bobby Blacc” to his friends, but to his family he was known as “Stink Poo” and “Stink.” Bobby touched many lifes—because if he had it…you had it; he always looked out for everyone. He was a peaceful person and avoided trouble at any cost. Bobby enjoyed life until his last day. Bobby was preceded in death by his father_ Bobby Lee Hill Sr., grandmothers_Lillie Mae McClinton and Janell Walker, and his grandfather_Willie Sorrells. Bobby leaves to cherish his life mother_ Valarie Denise “NaNa” and stepfather_Ralph Horton; his wife_ Stephanie Hill; his sisters_Tamala’ “Tidi” Hill, Bobbie LaShawnda Hill, Denisha Horton, Kimberly Sandles, Ashley Hill, Erica Hurd, Camethia Hill; his brothers_Darrell Maxwell, Andrew Maxwell, and Reginald Jackson; special sister_Shermaine Jones; special cousin_ Leachelle Norwood; 10 children_Dre’Vante Hill, Jalen Hill, Braelon Hill, JaBrajah Hill, Monique Whitley, Bobby Lee Hill III, Jordan Hill, Essence Hill, Deja Hill and Jacori Hill; a special friend_ Ashley Sterling (Willandre, E'modrick, Quinton Jr., Quintavius, Artrevius); 7 grandchildren_ Ty’Jon Hill, Samiyah Cannon, J’anah Hill, A’Mir Whitley, Pravetti Liyah Hill, and Hendrix Sterling; special nieces and nephews/cousins_D’Ambernique Nelson, Destanee Nelson, Dan’yelle “Pretty Girl” Nelson, Derrick “Peanut’ Nelson, Serenity “Pebbles” Taylor, Sherry “Sherry D” Hill, Dominique Hill, Brittany Lewis, André Hill, LaeRohn Limuel, Shaun Hill (and many others he loved so much), and host of aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, and cousins
