On this special day, September 10, 1991 in Austin, Texas, God loaned us a beautiful bundle of joy! He entrusted in our care. We named her Ari’el Monique Hyder. Our baby girl grew up and was a very intelligent, unique young lady. Ari’el attended various schools in Austin ISD and Del Valle ISD, always an exemplary student from elementary throughout high school. She continued to excel academically by graduating high school a year earlier than her graduation scheduled date! Ariel wowed us even more while attending college/university – always going above and beyond expectations. Ari’el also affectionately known as “Ari”, “Auntie”, “Big Sis” – her uncles and aunties would always say “that’s my baby” “that’s my Girl”. She was so much to so many – She possessed so many beautiful attributes, qualities and gifts a beautiful soul! She was a very sweet, humble soul with a sweet spirit always with a “Million Dollar Smile” that when complimented about her smile – she would smile and say “I get it from my Mama” and “my Auntie”. She definitely touched many, many hearts of those she knew and those that knew her! A true friend indeed! Ari’el confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age and along with her family joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church under the watchful care of Pastor A. L. Sneed. She was very dedicated, diligent and involved in various church activities. Ari’el later joined Diakinos House of Servants, Pastor A. J. Quinton where she remained a member. Ari’el continued to soar and shine. She was very outgoing fulfilled with talent and skills. She was very gifted and kindhearted, “a bit of a people’s person”. She loved her family and showed just how much – She expressed her love and we loved her for doing so – She spoiled us with her love! Ari’el being an enigma that she was stepped out on faith – being fearfully and wonderfully made she became an entrepreneur – unique and set apart not your average but extra ordinary and exceptional in all she designed and created – she –owned and operated her own clothing line and Event planner and decorations. Ari’el loved and adored her nephews and nieces and all her family and let us know every day in some way – her own special way. Ari’el’s physical presence will truly be missed but she will Forever be in our hearts and kinds. Ari’el you’ve left your footprints in our HEARTS! A host of relatives who preceded Ari’el in death, her Dad Dennis James Collins (Sr.), her maternal grandparents, Mr. Joseph and Georgia Scott, paternal grandmother, Mrs. Hallie Henderson, one sister, Kendra Hyder, one brother, Dion Williams, one uncle, Alfred Scott, and paternal great grandparents ad maternal great grandparents. Those left to cherish her memory are: her parents: Sharlene Collins, John Henderson (Papa), (Tones), Kirmet Hyder IV, Chanz Collings, Terrence Hyder, Raven Collins, Trellis Collins, Imani Mason, Bre Jones, Ravon Collins, Messiah, Chanz, Raina, Chazton, Amiyah, Nyla, Tavion, Dae’Jon, Uncles, Aunts, cousins and extended family and siblings, along with Bonus Aunts: Alberta Royston, Clara Sorrells, Virginia Vincent, Shanntell, Colvin – Johnson, Gloria Smith and Vera Lopez – Rincon and a host of dear and near family and friends. AYoo My sister My Sister We love you we miss you Allah Knows I wished I was right there wit you But His plan was Different And you my sister was different You was tougher So at times you was like my brother But forever my sista We forever gone miss ya You never truly got the credit you deserved But like a True Soldier Your tour of duty is served All Praises To The Most High I know my Sister Dancing in the Sky Looking So Fly But why you had to go now I had soo much to tell you You ain’t know bout -Big Bro KT Chaz & Terrell We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.
